Project references Please complete the attachment "Reference projects" completely. Please show at least two reference projects, all of which were carried out by you from January 2023 or later. These reference projects must be completed. Please note that individual proofs can be requested in the case of commissioning. At least two references with comparable scope and content are fully described. These references must be successfully completed. The references have a comparable scope if at least 24 months of the project have provided services in the area of software maintenance and development of existing software (GDI-DE Monitor or comparable). The references have a comparable content if all the following components of the service have been proven: # Software maintenance of a web application based on the RESTXQ standard for the analysis of XML documents - hereinafter "inventory software" # Establishment of a development environment for such inventory software (with project management platform Gitlab or comparable) # Hosting and operation of such inventory software # Further development of such inventory software # Implementation of application concepts, e.g. role and rights concept # Implementation of automatic software tests For all references, a contact person is named at the reference customer. The documents shall be submitted together with a tender.

Personnel Business line For the purpose of demonstrating capacity, indicate the average number of persons employed in the last three completed financial years in the field of activity of the contract. Please send a self-declaration in the form of a self-created list. The number of persons employed on average in the last three financial years in the field of activity of the contract shall be at least. 3 people per year. In the case of a grouping of bidders, the sum of all participating undertakings must have this minimum number. The documents shall be submitted together with a tender.

Minimum annual turnover For the purpose of proving economic and financial standing, the turnover in the field of activity of the contract for the last three financial years completed shall be given. Please send a self-declaration in the form of a self-created list. The turnover in the field of activity of the contract must be at least 160,000 euros per year. In the case of groupings of tenderers, the sum of all participating undertakings must have this minimum turnover. The documents shall be submitted together with a tender.
