El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de servicios de housing, servicios de alojamiento en alquiler para la coubicación de equipamiento, para alojar infraestructura tecnológica de los centros de proceso de datos (CPDs) del Ajuntament de Palma y poder dotar a este de unos servicios redundados mediante una arquitectura distribuida y balanceada en modo activo-activo.
