ICT Basic Service Video Conferencing System

The bidder must submit with the tender at least two (2) suitable company-related reference projects concerning previously executed services [provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users]. Each company-related reference project must fulfill the following minimum requirements:

• The company-related reference project must have involved the provision of services for the provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users [minimum requirement];
• Performance period (at least twelve (12) months of continuous provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users between 01/01/2023 and the expiration of the deadline for the submission of tenders) [minimum requirement]; For the performance period, a date for the start (DD.MM.YYYY) and the end (DD.MM.YYYY) of service delivery must be indicated.If service delivery has not yet concluded by the expiration of the deadline for the submission of tenders, "ongoing" must be indicated for the end of service delivery. The start (DD.MM.YYYY) of service delivery for the same company-related reference project may also precede 01/01/2023.Furthermore, it must be indicated that at least twelve (12) months of continuous provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users were performed between 01/01/2023 and the expiration of the tender submission deadline [minimum requirement]. Dates must generally be provided to the exact day in the format DD.MM.YYYY.Provided that compliance with the respective minimum requirement can also be established beyond doubt based on the specification of the month and year, the specification of the month and year (MM.YYYY) for both the start and the end of the respective performance phase is, by way of exception, also sufficient.
• Specification of the contract value (gross) (remuneration received by the company in EUR (gross)) in the specified company-related reference project; The contract value (gross) to be specified is the remuneration received by the company in EUR (gross) for the services provided within the scope of the respective specified company-related reference project for the provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users in the period between 01/01/2023 and the expiration of the deadline for the submission of tenders in the procurement procedure at issue here.
• The start (DD.MM.YYYY) of the services for the provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users of the same company-related reference project may also precede 01/01/2023. For each company-related reference project, the bidder must state the following in the form of a list:
• Name of the reference holder (name of the company that executed the reference contract);
• Brief description of the services executed in the reference project for the provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users; the bidder must describe the previously executed services in such a way that fulfillment of the respective minimum requirements – provision of a video conferencing system for at least 5,000 registered users – is clearly evident from the description of the reference project;
• Information on the other minimum requirements in accordance with Annex 206 "Company-Related Reference Projects";
• Name of the contracting authority/client for whom the company-related reference project was carried out. For each company-related reference project, two (2) additional project sheets (i.e. a maximum of two (2) single-sided DIN A4 pages) containing photos as well as a presentation of the reference project are permitted. These project sheets are purely for informational purposes.They will not be taken into account when evaluating the company-related reference projects. According to the Women’s Promotion Ordinance (FFV), the bidder, the members of the bidding community and, as far as relevant, the subcontractor conferring the qualification must make a corresponding declaration attached to the award documents (Wirt-2141). The measures according to § 2 FFV, here in particular § 2 No. 7, No. 9, can be proven by existing recognized and suitable awards or certifications. Offers which do not contain any or no complete declaration in accordance with § 1 paragraph 2 even after the deadline has been set will not be examined.
