Proof of professional or company liability insurance with a cover sum for personal and property damage in the amount of 4,000,000,- EUR and a cover sum for property damage of 1,000,000,- EUR per claim with an insurance company licensed in a Member State of the EU or a Contracting State of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before conclusion of the contract. The maximum reimbursement by the insurer for all claims in a given year of insurance must be at least twice the insured sum per claim. The required security may also be provided by a declaration by the insurance undertaking guaranteeing the completion of the required civil liability benefits and proof of cover in the event of an order.
