Implementation, implementation and launch of the new website of the Wejherov Cultural Centre and a separate website Kino

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation, implementation and launch of the new website of Wejherski Centrum Kultury (WCK) together with the content management system (CMS), the design of UX/UI, the information structure, integrations, multimedia functionality, analytics, security mechanisms, migration of the agreed content range and ensuring digital availability. The second, separate element of the object of the contract is the execution of a dedicated subpage “Kino”, which is part of the new WCK service in terms of visual and technical terms, but is intended for presentation of repertoire, screenings and information concerning cinema activities and integrated with the external ticket sales system of Iksoris from SOFTCOM, available at the address of tickets.wck.org.pl. The subject matter of the contract therefore covers two related scopes: 1) a new, complete WCK website with CMS and all required functionality of the service; 2) a separate, dedicated "Kino" subpage with integration with Iksoris. An important element of the new WCK website is also integration into the Iksoris ticket sales system in the area of ticket sales for events presented in the main WCK website, in particular performances, concerts, workshops and other ticketed events. This integration forms part of the object of the contract independently of the separate "Kino" sub-page. The website is intended to be a modern, responsive and digitally accessible service enabling independent content management by the Ordering Party.
