Implementation of electronic document circulation system (EOD) to develop data analytics and digitization of processes at the Academy of War Art

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the electronic document circulation system (EOD) to develop data analytics and digitization of processes at the Academy of War Art in accordance with the requirements set out in the Order Terms Specification 2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order include: 1) Description of the object of the order – Annex 2 to the WWZ; 2) Proposed provisions of the agreement — Annex No 11 to the WWZ. 3. Documents should be read together with changes in the content of the WWZ, which are the result of, for example, responses to inquiries by potential contractors. 4. Rules for making pre-implementation analysis available. Pre-implementation analysis cannot be made available in an unlimited way, as it contains sensitive data from the point of view of the Ordering Party. The document shall include detailed information on the environment, processes, configurations and organisational and technical conditions of the Contracting Authority, the disclosure of which could violate the principles of information security or the interests of the Contracting Authority. Therefore, the Contractor interested in obtaining pre-implementation analysis must ask the Contracting Authority to make it available. The pre-implementation analysis shall be made available after the conclusion of a confidentiality agreement. The model confidentiality agreement is set out in Annex No 12 to the WWZ.
