IMPLEMENTATION OF PIM AND PAM CLASS SYSTEMS UNDER THE TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE CITY OF CITY WITH DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND STRUCTURE.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEEDING: 1. In terms of technical or professional capacity, the Contracting Authority will consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that within the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, within that period, he has completed a total of at least two contracts duly: (a) one contract together meeting the requirements: (i) the contract consists of making available and supporting the implementation of the PIM and PAM class system for identity management and the rights of at least 100 users in the technical infrastructure of the organisation, (ii) the contract was carried out within a period of not less than 24 months, (iii). the total value of the contract (including the provision of licences, access and support for the implementation of the system) was at least PLN 400 000,00 gross. (b) one contract together meeting the requirements: i. the contract consisted in ensuring access to the PIM and PAM class system, ii. the contract was carried out within a period of not less than 12 months, iii. the total value of the order was at least PLN 100 000,00 Where Contractors deposit documents to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in proceedings in which any amounts are entered in foreign currency, The Contracting Authority will convert these amounts into PLN according to the average rate of the National Bank of Poland (hereinafter the NBP) in force on the day of publication of the contract notice. If, on the day of publication of the contract notice, the NBP does not publish information on the average exchange rate, The Contracting Authority shall make appropriate calculations according to the average course from the first day of the following day on which the NBP publishes the above information. 2. It has a Key Staff comprising an Implementation Consultant (detailed guidelines are included in the documentation). To confirm that the Contractor meets the conditions for participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure The Contracting Authority shall require the following documents: 1) LIST OF SERVICES/SUPPLIES (Annex to SWZ) performed, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits also performed during the period specified in the condition in Chapter VI. SWI and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, together with their values, subject matter, dates of performance and entities for which the services/deliveries have been performed or are carried out; 2) REASONS for determining the services/deliveries listed in the declaration (Annex to the SWI) have been performed or executed duly; 3) LIST OF PERSONS (Key Staff referred to in Chapter VI. SWZ)
