Increasing transmittance of intersections in Ostrava - extension of telematics systems - connecting controllers to a new switchboard - repeated control

The purpose of the contract is to connect light signalling equipment controllers ("SSZ ') to 69 selected locations on the territory of the Statutory City of Ostrava to a new traffic control centre (" JTI'), including the provision of related supplies and services. The result of the supplied supply will be a modernised transport telematic system in the statutory city of Ostrava, which will be used for the purposes of modern traffic management, better information of transport participants, increased capacity of the transport network, increased transport comfort and attractiveness of transport, its fluidity and safety. The subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the contract) is primarily the following performance: (a) Preparation of the Implementation study, which will contain a detailed specification of the delivered performance, in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documents; (b) modernisation and extension of the equipment of the existing SSD with a view to their connection to the JRC, including the addition of the previously unequipped crossroads on V2X technology for the purpose of preference for public transport and IZS; (c) related supplies and services, including analysis of the existing transport system and the design of traffic management scenarios for DIC for coordination of light signalling equipment (SSZ) in the city into a single telematic traffic management system. (d) integration of modernized SSIs into the PRS and integration of the RSU into the C-ITS BO and connection to the national PKI system. The performance referred to in points (a) to (d) above shall also include the delivery of all technical documentation of the work carried out, as well as the necessary identification of the contracting authority (s) responsible for the relevant managers) with the service. Acceptance of all parts of the performance referred to in points (a) to (d) of this Article 2.1 shall be subject to a successful test; the supplier shall be informed of the dates and results of each test. The object of the contract (in particular in relation to the operation of SSZ controllers) includes compliance with selected obligations under Act No. 181 / 2014 Coll., on Cyber Security and Decree No. 82 / 2018 Coll., on Cyber Security. For details see Annex 1 to the procurement documents. The contracting authority notes that the subject of the performance of the public contract according to § 92 (2) ZZZZZ defined performance and function requirements, i.e. the Design & Build system (design & characters). Design & build (design & characters) is a project implementation method that is characterised by the fact that the responsibility for the design of the solution as well as the overall quality of the work is transferred to the selected supplier, while respecting the performance and function requirements of the contracting entity described in the annexes to the specification. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the tender, is set out in the Annexes to the procurement documents.
