   1) Hi I - Information and promotion activities: A. Construction of a website dedicated to the conference entitled “Kujawsko-Pomorskie Forum of Innovation, Nau-ki, Business and Local Government (FINBiS)”, taking into account its functions enabling effective promotion of the event and providing services to clients interested in participation in the conference. B. Preparation of the necessary elements of visual identification of the FINBIS event based on the Ordering Authority's guidelines. C. Design and printing of materials promoting the event: invitations, posters, agendas, conference identifiers, including on all promotional materials produced information on the source of financing of the event from the European Union, including the placement of a sequence of logotypes provided by the Contracting Authority. D. Ensure appropriate promotion of the event: (a) the preparation of scenarios and production of two promotional spots of the FINBIS’2026 conference, together with the carrying out of a paid promotional campaign on social media, taking into account information on the source of financing of the event from the European Union, including the placement of a series of logotypes provided by the Contracting Authority; (b) the preparation of a script and production of a promotional film summarising the FIN-BIS’2026 conference, including information on the source of financing of the event from the Euro-Pean Union, including the placement of a series of logotypes provided by the Contracting Authority.    2) Cześć II - Obsługa tłumaczeniowa konferencji: Zapewnienie tłumacza symultanicznego języka angielskiego wraz z kabiną do tłumaczenia - w godzinach trwania konferencji w dniach 4, 5 i 6 listopada 2026r., zgodnie z programem trwania konferencji, stano-wiącym załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia zawarty został w Zał. nr 1 do SWZ.
