What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is: carrying out analysis, design, execution, implementation on the website contractor's server, including the CMS (Content Management System) system and the necessary functionality in the test and production version, performing an independent safety audit, performing post-execution documentation together with the CMS system manual and performing trainings for service providers, providing a secure SSL certificate to implemented services, coding of Polish characters according to the UTF-8 standard, and maintaining the service and providing technical support for a period of 24 months from the day of publication of the website on the client's domain. The subject of the contract is also the migration of content from the current service. Current website: www.amw.com.pl. The subject of the order is also the transfer to the Ordering Party of copyright to the created software (i.e. source code of the created service, graphics, service documentation). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 1 to the WWZ.
