The subject-matter of the contract is: 1) the supply of infrastructure, software licenses and implementation and migration of CSHU Services in accordance with the requirements of the CSHU; 2) the provision of warranty services for the implemented CSHU Services environment for a period of 24 months from the date of signature of the final receipt protocol without reservation; 3) the provision of technical support (proactive) services for the implemented CSHU Services in a total dimension of 36 (36) man-hours for use by the Contracting Authority within 12 months from the date of signature of the final receipt protocol without reservation.
