What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the purchase of Microsoft software under the MPSA or equivalent software, in accordance with the Description of the object of the contract, which is Annex No 2 to the SWZ and the Designed provisions of the contract, which are Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those indicated by the name of the manufacturer. The equivalence requirements are described in Annex 2 to the EGM (description of the subject matter of the contract - OGM).
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oprogramowania Microsoft w ramach MPSA lub oprogramowania równoważnego, zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz Projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy, stanowiącymi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne dla produktów wskazanych za pomocą nazwy producenta. Wymogi równoważności opisano w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia - OPZ).
