What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the delivery of an integrated security system for the IT infrastructure of PSP by providing an access license for 22,000 devices for a full 60 months to the integrated SOC System (Security Operations Center) operating in the SaaS (software as a service) model, allowing comprehensive detection, analysis and handling of security incidents in the IT infrastructure of the PSP Contracting Authority. The order also includes service, quality assurance, manufacturer's support, online training and the Contractor's post-implementation support package. The contract does not cover the contractor's self-execution of the whole implementation of the System, but the Post-Implementation Support Package includes expert support and remote assistance for system configuration, implementation and migration.
