Purchase subscription to backup software

1. The subject of the Order is: 1) Purchase of a 20-month Subscription for backup software, with the provision by the Contractor of the Devices necessary for the proper operation of the solution, as well as the execution of the installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, testing, training, transmission of documentation and the provision of the Manufacturer's Support. The solution shall include at least two backup devices, including an equipment providing an AIR-GAP function; 2) After the end of the 20-month period of Subscription, the Contracting Authority will be entitled to exercise the option right referred to in Article 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019. – Public procurement law, consisting in the acquisition of one or both Devices made available by the Contractor under the Subscription, under the terms laid down in the Agreement. The maximum scope of the option right includes the acquisition of two Devices; 3) The Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option under the terms described in § 19 of the Model Agreement annexed to SWZ 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the SOPE, is set out in Annex No 1 to the EGM.
