Intelligent waste collection in the town of Liptovský Mikuláš

The contract is purchased as part of the project "Intelligent Waste Collection in Liptovský Mikuláš." The description of the subject matter of the contract is based on the introduction of a system of quantitative collection of mixed municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "ZKO") in the interest territory, a change in the flat fee currently used for the fees - which will correspond to the actual amount of ZKO produced.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a complex system for intelligent collection of ZKO in the territory of Liptovský Mikuláš. The aim of the solution is to provide technical, software and procedural preconditions for moving from flat-rate levy collection to a quantitative collection system based on the actual amount of ZKO produced.

The system will technologically consist of dynamic weighing systems installed on collection vehicles, RFID identification chips attached to containers, traffic monitoring control units and mobile vessel registration terminals. The supply includes a complex software system including IS Waste Collection, waste module compatible with urban IS, connection with module Local taxes and fees, as well as integration with waste management information system of Ministry of Environment and other external systems.

The solution will be complemented by services providing user training, design and implementation of integration interfaces, support for the city data-analysis centre and promotion, education and vessel labelling activities. The implementation of the project will allow a fairer and more targeted system of charges for municipal waste, an increase in separation rates, a reduction in the volume produced by the ZKO and the creation of a transparent, electronically controlled system of collection and management of ZKOs.

This contract, comprising parts which are inextricably linked and objectively form an indivisible whole (Software implementation), shall follow the procedure applicable to the main subject-matter of the contract, which is the supply of goods.
