What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation, operation, support and development of the information system for making available the judgments of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 (Annex No.1A, No 1B and No 1C) to these tender documents and the non-public part of the award.
The non-public part of the award shall contain information and technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as "the non-public part') which are confidential information within the meaning of the Agreement on Confidentiality annexed to Annex No 10 to these procurement documents. The non-public part shall not be disclosed for reasons of confidentiality.
A non-public part of the tender documents will be provided to candidates without delay (by means of consultation with the possibility of making photocopies) on the basis of the agreement on confidentiality concluded through a secure repository.
The non-public part of the procurement documents shall be provided to the candidate on the basis of the contracting authority served by the signed confidentiality agreement by the authorised person (s) acting as a candidate in 3 copies in person in the capacity of the contracting authority or at the address of the seat of the contracting authority (see point 1 of these procurement documents) in paper form.
At the same time, the applicant shall indicate the name, surname and email of the person who will be allowed to consult the documents of the contracting authority.
