Proof of a corresponding professional liability insurance or company liability depending on the type of company of the applicant in copy with a - liability coverage amount of at least 1.000.000 EUR per insurance case lump sum for personal and property damage as well as 2.000.000 EUR for property damage, each 2 times maximised. For proof, the confirmation of the insurer must be submitted in copy. The insurance shall be maintained throughout the term of the contract. Alternatively, in the case of an order, a corresponding insurance must be concluded at the first request of the customer. For this purpose, a declaration of the insurer must already be enclosed when submitting an offer that he is ready to conclude a corresponding insurance. The presentation of the declaration of the insurer in uncertified copy is permitted.

Identification of three (3) reference projects from the last 3 years that the bidder has carried out as the responsible contractor and that are comparable in terms of content, scope and industry with the service offered here. The reference projects must meet the following requirements: company size of the customer served at least. 2000 MA. The basic data of the reference projects shall be entered on the tab "Reference sheet" of this document. All fields are mandatory, except for - Name of company - Name of contact - Phone number of contact person This information shall be provided at the request of the issuing body.

Proof that the offered solution has an up-to-date independent proof of professional suitability, market readiness and practicality in the respective service area. This can be done by recognised market analysts, specialist institutes, testing organisations, independent comparative tests or equivalent evidence. A single manufacturer, partner or marketing proof is not sufficient for this.

Proof of an existing certification according to ISO/IEC-27001. This is to be maintained for the entire term of the contract. If a re-certification is carried out during the period of award, this must be reported and proven if necessary.
