IT hotline (first-level support)

- Provide three appropriate references of services provided in the last three years (from the date of this notice) (point 3.6 of the offer form). The supported hardware and software must be comparable to the hardware and software used by the customer (according to sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 of the specifications); Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office. One of the references must concern first-level support and have already been provided over a period of at least 24 months with at least 6,000 IT jobs to be supervised per year and at least 20,000 person hours or 50,000 tickets per year. Two references must concern first- and/or second-level support and have already been provided over a period of at least 12 months with at least 1,250 IT jobs to be supervised per year and at least 10,000 person hours or 25,000 tickets per year. The references are checked against the contact details. If the references are provided by the prequalification information, the appropriate references shall be specified here.

- self-declaration of the average annual number of employees employed by the bidder in the last three years, broken down by occupational group (point 3.7 of the tender form). The following minimum requirements apply: - at least five IT project managers (according to clauses 5.3, 5.4 of the specification of services) - at least 25 IT employees in first- and/or second-level support (according to clauses 5.3, 5.5 of the specification of services)

- self-declaration of the turnover of the last three closed financial years, insofar as it relates to the area of activity of the offered services (first and/or second-level support) (point 3.5 of the offer form). The annual turnover must be at least 3,600,000 euros.
