IT services in the context of GitLab

Due to the services to be provided, at least the certification level GitLab "Selected Partner" or equivalent is required. Please submit the currently valid certificate about your partner status or a corresponding proof with the award documents.

To demonstrate technical and professional performance, please submit a list of at least three (3) appropriate references in relation to the performance in question (IT services in the context of GitLab). Present your performance for the subject matter of the contract and your relevant experience based on the references. The following requirements are made of the references in terms of content and scope: ● Two (2) references, which include services related to product-related services, such as advice and support in the implementation and operation of GitLab. The references must each include a minimum of 20 person days (PT). ● A (1) reference that provides training services (on site or online) for e.g. B. the topics introduction and basics, working with GitLab, DevOps and CI/CD functions and automation related to GitLab. The reference must include a total of at least 20 person-days (PT). The required range of services can be provided by a single reference project or cumulatively by several reference projects, i.e. training is demonstrated. For the references, the following information must be provided: ● Description of the services performed, ● Scope of the order in person days, ● Period of service provision, ● Enter the responsible contact point with the customer of the reference with address and contact details. In addition, the following requirements apply to the named references: The specified person days shall relate to the activity covered by the substantive reference requirements. The decisive factor is not the total scope of the order, but the proportion of the services attributable to the relevant services. The references shall not be older than three years (from the date of the last service provision in the relevant reference project to the date of the contract notice/publication). ● The reference projects mentioned must be completed. ● For the references, use the form "References form". Please use the form several times if necessary. Alternatively, you can submit a self-created reference list if the information required in the form is shown clearly. It does not matter whether the references are individual calls from a framework agreement or individual contracts. In the case of framework agreements, it is not the total size of the framework agreement that counts, but the size of the corresponding individual call. You are free to submit further references beyond the required minimum number. Since the exchange of an erroneous reference by a conditional reference submitted after the end of the tendering period is not possible and, in the relevant cases, entails the exclusion of the tenderer, the Procurement Office of the BMI recommends that a list of further references considered as conditional be submitted. The Procurement Office of the BMI also reserves the right to verify the references provided by consulting the contact persons mentioned in the references. Information which does not withstand verification may lead to exclusion from the award procedure. If you are unable to provide the information required for legitimate reasons of confidentiality, you should inform the BMI Procurement Office of these reasons with the offer and provide other suitable proof of technical and professional capacity. The Procurement Office of the BMI then decides, at its due discretion, on the recognition of the alternative proof. Asking and teaching another (more suitable) Proof is no longer possible after the end of the tender period for reasons of procurement law. Please note that if it is e.g.

for reasons of confidentiality, it is not possible to specify the specific contract value, can also specify the value of the contract in margins (e.g. > €100,000 or between €100,000 and €200,000.

For proof of economic and financial capacity, the turnover in the field of activity of the contract (other IT services in the context of GitLab) for the last three financial years must be given. The turnover in the field of activity must be at least 1,500,000.00 net per abovementioned financial year. Please use the company figures system for this purpose. For consortia of candidates/tenderers and eligible enterprises, the turnover of all enterprises is added. The minimum requirements refer to the added numbers. The added turnover in the field of activity of the bidder plus the turnover in the field of activity of members of the bidder community and / or suitability-giving company must be stated congruently for the last 3 financial years, even if financial years differ in time from calendar years. Please submit the form "Company figures" for your company, members of bidding communities and suitable companies separately. If you want to use third party capacities (other companies or freelancers) for performance, please fill in the form "Subcontracts" and attach it to your offer. Companies belonging to the Group are also regarded as third-party companies. The tenderer may also make use of the capacities of third parties with regard to the economic, financial and technical and professional capacity required for the contract to be awarded (so-called ‘qualification loan’). In the event that you use Eligibility Loan, the form "Declaration of Eligibility Loan Subcontracts" must also be completed. If you wish to participate in the procedure as a bidding community, please fill in the form "Applicant's bidding community declaration" and attach it to your offer.
