What the buyer wants
The invitation to tender concerns the conclusion of two framework contracts for the production and supply of the 20x2PE telecommunications cable type. The planned procurement volume will be divided between the two framework contract partners in a ratio of 60/40. Delivery takes place during the contract period on the basis of individual calls. The volume shall be calculated on the basis of the quantity required per year. Due to the dependence on (network) technical and infrastructural developments as well as the partly unplannable receipt of customer orders, however, there may be deviations during the contract period.
