What the buyer wants
The contracting authority is aiming to standardize the deployed printer fleet. For this purpose, the deployed systems have been divided into various performance classes with corresponding options in accordance with the general use of the respective printing systems and the corresponding page output. The description of the performance classes and their requirements can be found in the Annex Categorization, Price and Evaluation Matrix in the "Categorization" worksheet.
The subject matter of this contract is the delivery and creation of the overall system Managed Print Services described below, including the establishment and maintenance of operational readiness. The tender includes the provision of hardware as well as service and consumables and software as well as related system services.
