What the buyer wants
1.1. The object of the Part I contract is to provide support for the equipment by the Contractor, according to the dates of completion of the current support period, i.e. 1.1. from 12.10.2026 to 10.08.201027. — for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 1-4; 1.2. from 22.12.2026 to 9.11.2028 for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 5-23; 1.3. from 1.01.2027 to 8.12.2028 for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 24-28; 1.4. from 1.01.2027 to 13.12.2028 for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 29-32; 1.5. from 1.01.2027 to 19.11.2028 for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 33-34; 1.6. from 18.01.2027 to 5.12.2027 for equipment specified in the definition of Devices 35-38. 1.2. The detailed scope of the support for the equipment referred to in point 1 and the way in which it is provided are described in § 4 of the draft agreement annexed 2a to the WWZ.
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia w zakresie Części I jest zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę wsparcia dla urządzeń, zgodnie z datami zakończenia dotychczasowego okresu wsparcia tj.: 1.1. od 12.10.2026r. do 10.08.2027r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji Urządzeń pkt 1-4; 1.2. od 22.12.2026 r. do 9.11.2028 r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji Urządzeń pkt 5-23; 1.3. od 1.01.2027 r. do 8.12.2028 r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji Urządzeń pkt 24-28; 1.4. od 1.01.2027 r. do 13.12.2028 r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji Urządzeń pkt 29-32; 1.5. od 1.01.2027 r. do 19.11.2028 r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji Urządzeń pkt 33-34; 1.6. od 18.01.2027 r. do 5.12.2027 r. – dla urządzeń wymienionych w definicji pkt Urządzeń 35-38. 1.2. Szczegółowy zakres wsparcia dla urządzeń, o którym mowa w pkt 1, oraz sposób jego zapewnienia zostały opisane w § 4 projektu umowy stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ. 1.3. Przedmiotem zamówienia w zakresie Części II jest zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę wsparcia producenta dla urządzenia, o którym mowa w pkt 39 definicji Urządzeń, na okres od 14.01.2027 r. do 6.01.2028 r. 1.4. Szczegółowy zakres wsparcia dla urządzenia, o którym mowa w pkt 1.3, oraz sposób jego zapewnienia zostały opisane w § 4 projektu umowy stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2b do SWZ.
