Modernisation of the Wireless Data Transmission System

Technical or professional capacity: I. The contractor shall comply with the condition that, not earlier than the last 5 years from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has performed and, in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he also performs at least one contract covering in total: 1) design, delivery, installation of configuration and commissioning of the telecommunications network in 5G technology; 2) delivery and commissioning of the radio access network covering 5G base stations; 3) integration of the infrastructure supplied with the telecommunications network core (Core) of not less than PLN 2 000 000,00 gross. In the case of benefits still performed, the value of the part of the contract carried out must be at least PLN 2 000 000,00 gross and the scope of the work carried out must include the elements indicated in points 1-3. The Contracting Authority shall consider that this condition will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has made the above deliveries under one contract. Contracts executed shall mean: 1) contracts commenced and completed in/in period 2) contracts completed in/in period which may have started earlier than in/in period. Contracts executed shall be understood as contracts which continue (unfinished) and under which the contractor has performed the above contract. II. The Contracting Authority shall specify as follows: In the case of economic operators jointly applying for a contract (consortium) and in the case of the contractor referring to entities making their resources available the condition referred to above, it shall be deemed to have been satisfied if at least one of the economic operators jointly applying for a contract or the entity making the resources available fully fulfils the above condition. III. In order to confirm the fulfilment of the above condition, the Contractor whose tender is to be assessed at the most, shall be required to submit within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority no less than 10 days of the list of deliveries carried out and, in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, also carried out, during the last 5 years from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires and, if the period of business is shorter, including their value, the subject matter, the dates of performance and the entities for which supplies have been carried out or are carried out (referred to in point I), and the addition of evidence indicating whether those supplies have been carried out or are carried out duly, with the evidence referred to being referred to, references or other documents drawn up by the entity to whom the services have been carried out, and in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, and if the contractor is unable to obtain such documents, a statement by the contractor, in the case of the benefits of repeated or continuous continued references or other documents proving their proper performance, shall be issued during the last 3 months; Where the contractor relies on experience in the implementation of deliveries carried out jointly with other economic operators, the list of deliveries shall relate to supplies in which the contractor has directly participated and, in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, also in which he has directly participated or participated.
