The contractor's task will be to develop and implement a new software module for light signalling controllers working in the Integrated TRISTAR Traffic Management System in Gdynia. 2. The material scope of the object of the order includes the development and implementation of new software, as well as the installation and commissioning of the developed software module in the light-signalling controllers according to the attached Description of the object of the order – Annex A.

A. demonstrations carried out duly in the last five years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, at least two services which included in their scope the configuration of light-signalling controllers with a value of each service not less than PLN 30 000 net. In the case of joint applicants or beneficiaries of the resources of third parties, at least one Contractor shall comply with the condition set out in point A (in its entirety). If the Contractor demonstrates experience acquired under a contract or contract, performed by contractors jointly applying for a contract (a consortium of companies), The Contracting Authority shall not allow the Contractor to rely on the experience of another economic operator or group of economic operators of which he was a member if, in fact and specifically, he has not performed the service shown. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to request the contractor to explain the actual and specific scope of the work carried out and to provide appropriate evidence, for example, of the consortium agreement, which results in the scope of obligations or invoices issued by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall reserve verification of the validation of the proper performance of the work directly with the entity to which it was carried out. To confirm compliance by the Contractor with the conditions for participation in technical or professional capacity proceedings The Contracting Authority shall require the following representative means of evidence - a list of services carried out during the last 3 years and, if the period of business is shorter - during that period, together with their values, subject matter, dates of performance and entities for which the services have been carried out with the content corresponding to Annex 4A to the WWZ, and the addition of evidence indicating whether these supplies have been carried out, the evidence referred to above being references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services and supplies have been carried out, if the contractor, for reasons beyond his control, is unable to obtain these documents - the contractor’s statement

B. directs at least 2 persons with training in the knowledge of the software and configuration of the light-signalling controllers of IAS 2002 covered by the manufacturer's certification or authorised manufacturer's unit to complete the order. By ‘certification’, the Contracting Authority understands the training completed by obtaining a document issued by the manufacturer or an authorised body of the manufacturer confirming that the specified person has received training in the field of software and configuration of the MSR 2002 controllers. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract or benefiting from the resources of third parties, the condition of participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure of point B may be met jointly by economic operators jointly applying for a contract or by entities making the resources available. If the Contractor demonstrates experience acquired under a contract or contract, performed by contractors jointly applying for a contract (a consortium of companies), The Contracting Authority shall not allow the Contractor to rely on the experience of another contractor or group of contractors of which he was a member if he has actually and specifically failed to carry out the scope of work/supply shown. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to request the contractor to explain the actual and specific scope of the work carried out and to provide appropriate evidence, for example, of the consortium agreement, which results in the scope of obligations or invoices issued by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves verification of certification confirmation directly from the certifying entity. To confirm compliance by the Contractor with the conditions for participation in technical or professional capacity proceedings The Contracting Authority shall require the following evidence: a list of persons sent by the Contractor for the performance of the public contract, in particular those responsible for the provision of services, together with information on their professional qualifications necessary for the performance of the public contract, as well as on the extent of their activities and on the basis of their availability, of the content corresponding to Annex 4B to the SWI and the addition of evidence (certificates, diplomas, certificates, declarations) confirming the qualifications held.
