Modernization of the GIS system with digitization of data. 1. Purchase of a license for software owned by the Purchaser: a. Purchase of a software module for online asset surveyors with integration with a national node. b. Purchase of a software module for the registration and management of immovable property: gmina, powiat, voivodship and state Treasury. 2. Digitization of data including: a. Scan all operats concerning the conducted classification of land for the Myszkowski County; b. Scan all classification maps; c. Conduct analysis (comparation) of the uses and classes, parcels of the Myszkowski County; d. Designation of a protocol of divergence; e. Making changes to the database by appropriate classes and land use; f. Scanning of the chart of the originals of the registration maps; g. Scanning of the missing portion of analogue land registers; h. Scanning of the documents establishing the state of ownership. 3. Installation and implementation work. 4. Training of system users.
