The purpose of this consultation is to implement the monitoring, support and maintenance of SAP BusinessObjects BI 4 software, as well as to provide the associated acquisitions and services necessary for its operation.
This contract includes: A party in the form of a framework agreement comprising: - A part executed by issuing purchase orders within the meaning of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order, the purpose of which is to purchase additional services, additional or additional licences, units of works necessary for configurations of new features, training or expert days, subscription to the User Club and other references in the holder's catalogue, falling within the subject matter of the contract - Services performed after the award of subsequent contracts, pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, the purpose of which is to carry out the additional deployment of BI4 software.
These subsequent contracts will be concluded upon the occurrence of the need. Their form and duration will be determined in the consultation documents.
