The minimum annual turnover net of the applicant or the applicant community according to § 45 Abs. 1 No. 1 and para 4 No. 4 VgV (corresponding) must have reached, in relation to the area of the services to be awarded and other services comparable to the service to be awarded, including the share in services carried out together with other companies, in the last 3 financial years per financial year, at least the following amount stated for the respective lot: Lot 1 WFP infrastructure: 110.000 Euro net Lot 2 HGF: 465.000 Euro net If an applicant applies for both lots, the sum of the amounts applies (575.000 Euro net).

In the case of subcontractors, an addition of the turnover shall be made only in the case of economic suitability lending after submission of corresponding commitments by subcontractors in accordance with the Commitment Subcontract Form.

The applicant or the candidate community must have provided at least three references of services comparable to the services to be awarded in the last five years; The relevant period shall be the period of five years before the expiry of the time limit for participation.
