What the buyer wants
The purpose of the contract is to provide coverage of certain digital and radio television channels to the inhabitants of the localities of La Rioja not covered by the official television networks deployed by the broadcasters to meet the coverage obligations associated with their licences throughout the duration of the contract and to maintain the quality of the signal under optimal conditions, all according to the scope provided for in the Pliego de Prescripciones Técnico que govern this contract.
The provision of the digital television service subject to the contract will ensure that the citizen will be able to receive the service under the conditions and time limits indicated. The provision of this service will include: - The preventive and corrective operation and maintenance of the system.
