The Tender should also declare that during the project it will act in accordance with Hungarian and European Union data protection legislation. The following modules of the ScopeArchiv archival register system are available for the applicant, with the user number per module specified below for the sharp system: - Description units module: 25 users - Partners module: 5 users - Dossier + Documents module: 5 users - Requests module: 20 users - Data import plugin module: 1 user applicant must attach a licence holder statement on the availability of licences. The applicant shall declare that the project will be conducted in accordance with Hungarian and EU data protection legislation.

M.1. EN: A tender shall be deemed insufficient if they do not hold a certificate, valid at the time of the tender submission Deadline, demonstrating the operation of an ISO 27001 (or equivalent) information security management system for the subject to the procedure, issued either by any national accredited system or by an organisation registered in another Member State State of the European Union, or if they cannot provide assistance in accordance with Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 909 / 2014). Verification: With regard to the suilitability / eligibility criteria, the tender is only required to submit, in its tender, the declaration included in the Single European Procurement Document (SEPD). The Connecting Authority actions is a simple declaration pursuant to Section IV, point (α) of the SEPD for the primary demonstration of the suistability / eligibility criteria. Upon the Controlling Authority's request pursuant to Section 69 of the Public Procurement Act, the tender is required to subscribe, in accordance with Section 21 (1) (c) of Government Decree 321 / 2015 (X.30), either a copy of a certificate demonstrating the operation of an information security management system accredited in any national system, or a description of the information security measures that the tender is intended to perform. For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply: Other evidence within the meaning of Article 24 (4) of Korm Regulation. Identification: The tenderer shall submit only the declaration contained in the single European procurement document (EEKD) in the tender for the eligibility criteria. The applicant shall accept the simple declaration referred to in point α of Part IV of the EEKD for the prior verification of the suitability requirements. The tenderer is required to submit a request pursuant to Article 69 of the Tender Kbt. 321 / 2015 (X.30) Pursuant to Article 21 (1) (c) of the Corm. Regulation, a copy of the certificate of the operation of an information security management system accredited in any national system or a description of the information security measures that the tenderer may apply during the performance.
