PP Ińsko – thermomodernization of the facility

1. As part of the comprehensive thermomodernisation and reconstruction of the Ińsk Police Station, the construction of a new panel fence set on a concrete collide is assumed. The fence will be equipped with two entrance gates and an additional entrance gate on the front for stakeholders, running on video-phone. Green areas on the property, not covered by hardening, should be composed using shrubs and ornamental grasses – low plantings. The existing double-box garage is left unexpanded, however, the garage gates should be replaced with new, rolled, electrically raised. 2. The building was designed as a public utility facility free standing for the purpose of specific laws. a) Established parameters of the designed building: - height: 11,67 m - volume: 1578 m3 - building area: 150,30 m2 - usable area: 253,48 m2 - number of storeys: 4 b) gas boiler room and warehouses of evidence are provided in the basement. It assumes a warming of the basement floor arranged on the ground. To this end, break the existing floor, then make a concrete primer + insulation with PIR plates gr. 5 cm and arrange the proper floor with ggres tiles. For the purposes of the gas boiler room, a new, external two-coat, warmed exhaust-ventilation chimney should be installed. (c) a substantial change in the entry zone is envisaged on the ground floor so that it has its due function and prestige. Major glazing is introduced, including new entrance doors located on the front of the building and atrium. Functional-use changes are foreseen to create good conditions for the acceptance of stakeholders, but also for the work of officers. There's a zone for interested parties, along with the transfer window to the lounge. Outside the public area for interested parties, the remaining ground floor area (including, among others, 2 office spaces for officers and a server room) will be subject to access control and it will be a space for officers to work. (d) the floor is now a deserted space after two service apartments. This space will be adapted for the needs of the station (including the commandant's office, conference room, 2 office rooms and a social room). The stairway leading from the ground floor to the 1st floor will be subjected to work to improve its appearance and performance. Entry to this floor will be subject to access control. (e) the attic floor shall be left unfunctional, i.e. it shall remain non-useable and unheated. Therefore, as part of the thermo-modernisation process, it is envisaged to lay the insulation at the level of the attic floor with the technical floor of the OSB panels. As part of thermomodernisation, a total of 30 cm of mineral wool insulation is provided, while removing the existing layer of illusory warming from clay or supremac. Stairs leading to the attic will undergo major changes. The Contracting Authority requires that construction works be made of new materials with parameters specified in the detailed technical specifications for all industries. The detailed description and scope of the works are included in the set of documentation, which is annexed 2 to the EGM. 3. Detailed requirements for the receipt, guarantee conditions and payment of the subject matter of the contract are laid down in the provisions of the contract which constitute Annex No 6 to the WWZ.
