Delivery of network switches for the needs of the general courts of the Gdansk appeal

The subject of the order is the delivery of new and unused, free from physical and legal defects and technically efficient switches and cables for the stacking of switches, including the provision of warranty services and licences necessary for management, to the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and the judicial units of the area of the Gdańsk appeal. The scope of the order includes the supply of switches and cables for stacking switches, i.e.: a. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 24 ports – 1 – 10 pcs (baseline range); b. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 24 ports – 2 – 1 pcs (baseline range); c. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 48 ports – 1 – 72 pcs (baseline range); d. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 48 ports – 2 – 8 pcs (baseline range); e. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 48 POE ports – 1 – 41 pcs (baseline range); f. Managed Switch L2 Access/Desktop Rack – 48 POE ports – 2 – 29 pcs (baseline range); g. Managed Switch L3 Aggregation/Core Rack – 16 pcs (base range); h. Managed Switch L2 Access/Coretop Rack – 16 pcs – 16 pcs (baseline) and 6 pcs. Wire for stacking L2 Access/Desktop PACK switches – 45 pcs (baseline range); j. 8-port management switch – 332 pcs (baseline range). The Contracting Authority informs that during the execution of the contract the right of option is provided. The range (type) of the range covered by the legal option is the same as that of the basic product range, while the amount of the legal option product range is limited to 100% of the Contractor's gross remuneration in relation to the range of the basic product range.
