PP Morzyczyn – construction of new headquarters

1. Construction of the police station building in Morzyczyn along with construction equipment including external installations and connections according to a separate development: water supply, sanitary, gas, electrical (WLZ, lighting installations), teletechnical and antennae on the roof of the building up to 30 m from the ground level. 2. Established parameters of the planned administrative building: - height: 10.37 m; - cubature: 1 533,99 m3; - usable surface: 290,90 m2; - building area: 236,86 m2; - flooring: 3. (a) photovoltaic installation located on the site of a site with a capacity of ~9,6 kWp; (b) installation of air-water heat pumps; (c) land use: - hardened area (roads, parking spaces, pavements); - area of biologically active land. 3. Performing construction works involving the development of the site, including: - connections: water supply, sanitary and rainwater, electricity, teletechnical sewage; - external installations on the site Investor: water supply, sanitation, rainwater, electricity, teletechnical sewage; - access roads, parking spaces, pavements; - fence with sliding gates and gates of 1.80 m height; - grounded; - storage and segregation of solid waste. The Contracting Authority requires that construction works be made of new materials with parameters specified in the detailed technical specifications for all industries. The detailed description and scope of the works are included in the set of documentation, which is annexed 2 to the EGM. 3. Detailed requirements for the receipt, guarantee conditions and payment of the subject matter of the contract are laid down in the provisions of the contract which constitute Annex No 6 to the WWZ.
