The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, within that period, he has carried out duly and, in the case of interim or continuous benefits, the part realised includes at least one contract consisting of providing technical support to the manufacturer or providing the support service Contractors for SAP software with a value of not less than PLN 400,000, 00 gross. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, this requirement must comply with at least one of the Contractors applying for a public contract.
