Provision of expert services for the development of OGAs for design, execution and equipment of the exhibition of the permanent educational and museum centre of BbPN ECOKiM in Goniądz with supervision

1. The subject of the contract shall be the provision of expert services on: Development of the description of the subject of the contract and the conditions and criteria for the selection of the contractor in the procedure for the design and execution of the permanent exhibition together with the equipment and supervision of the process of selection and execution by the contractor. The description of the subject of the contract, prepared by the expert, is also intended to cover the concept and description of the development of the area of plots belonging to the Centre 2 building. (b) functional descriptions of all interactive exhibits (thematics and educational transmission, interaction, interface/manipulator recommendations), (c) concept of permanent exhibition space layout (florplan), (d) guidelines for exposition solutions (scenography, exhibits stylistics), (e) guidelines for the availability of the permanent exhibition, (f) guidelines for the technical characteristics of the exhibition (recommended materials and execution techniques) recommendations for the operation and servicing of exhibits and exhibitions and safety requirements; (g) concept and description of the planning of the land area belonging to the Centre building. (h) an estimate of the cost of designing, producing and installing the permanent exhibition and, equipping the other premises of the Procurement Centre, informs that it will make available free of charge its own material resources (e.g. prepared natural specimens, photographs, films, text descriptions, necessary for drafting texts, graphics, contributions to multimedia for permanent exhibitions). The appropriate use of the above-mentioned resources, which constitute the contribution of the Park, which can be used by the contractor performing and equipping permanent exhibitions, will be supervised by the expert to be selected in this proceeding. For the entity implementing this contract, the Contracting Authority shall also use the term ‘Expert’. The provision of expert services for the supervision of the selection of the contractor and the implementation of the permanent exhibition will be carried out in the stages described in the OGM. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the order.
