Provision of maintenance and technical support and development services for the Quorum system of the Contracting Authority.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE 1. Economic Operators who, as of the bid submission date: 1) are not subject to exclusion; 2) meet the following conditions regarding: 2.1) suitability to pursue a professional activity: The Contracting Authority does not set a condition in the aforementioned scope. 2.2) authorizations to pursue a specific economic or professional activity: The Contracting Authority does not set a condition in the aforementioned scope. 2.3) economic or financial standing: The Contracting Authority does not set a condition in the aforementioned scope. 2.4) technical or professional ability: 2.4.1) The Economic Operator shall demonstrate that within the last three years before the deadline for submission of bids (and if the period of activity is shorter – within this period), it has duly performed or is performing at least two (2) services consisting in the development and maintenance of an IT system supporting the areas of: finance and accounting, HR and payroll, and fixed asset records for a period of at least 24 months, with a gross value of not less than PLN 2,000,000.00 each. NOTE: In the case of ongoing contracts, the Contracting Authority shall consider the condition met if the value and duration of services performed under a given contract have reached the amount and period specified in this condition; therefore, the Economic Operator should specify their value and duration only for the scope already completed. The Contracting Authority does not apply a capability level because no capability level has been specified for the subject of this contract.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN PROCEEDING 1. Contract award may be requested by Contractors who, at the date of the submission of tenders: 1) are not excluded; 2) meet the following conditions concerning: 2.1) the ability to make a trade: The Contracting Authority does not set the condition in this regard. 2.2. the right to pursue a particular economic or professional activity: The Contracting Authority does not set the condition in this regard. 2.3. the economic or financial situation: The Contracting Authority does not set the condition in this regard. 2.4. technical or professional capacity: 2.4.2) The contractor shall direct to the execution of the contract a team of persons comprising at least three (3) persons, each with a minimum of 2 years of experience in support or maintenance of the system from financial and accounting, human and salary areas and fixed assets. The contracting authority shall not apply the capacity level as the capacity level is not specified for the subject matter of this contract.
