1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, service and service services for ticket vending machines located in the municipality-city of Grudziądz, including: - fixed ticketing machines (BS-09) in the amount of 23 units; - solar fixed ticketing machines (BSS-10) in the amount of 8 units; - mobile ticketing machines (BM-102) in the amount of 12 units. 2. The subject matter of the contract will be provided on the basis of the equipment and software installed at the Ordering Party, in accordance with the current system environment. 3. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the WWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Model contract.
