What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive, secure and economically advantageous mobile telecommunications services by the operator for the voice SIM cards of the contracting authority, including ISP internet services, complementary public telecommunications services and the supply of mobile telecommunications equipment for a period of 48 months.
The subject of the contract is also the establishment and operation of a service for the mass sending of SMS "SMS Gateway." The supply of end-to-end mobile devices and accessories is an additional performance which is operationally and technically linked to the provision of mobile services.
The end-of-mobile devices with accessories will be used exclusively in conjunction with the service provider's SIM or eSIM cards and their activation, configuration, administration, servicing and complaints will be provided under one contractual and liability regime. The contracting authority shall require uniform responsibility for the functionality, compatibility and operational integrity of mobile services and end-to-end mobile devices with accessories.
