Provision of professional architectural services to support the digitalization of MHMP

Public procurement contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement will be the subject of the provision of technical and related professional services in the field of Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the purpose of digitization of the City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "MHMP '), within the framework of the architectural office of the MHMP, which plays the role of a central methodological, coordination and consultation centre for all architectural areas in the environment of the MHMP. The following performance will be provided in particular:

• Ensuring the processes of digitisation of MHMP;
• Ensuring continuity of professional services provided (personnel) in business, application, technological (including infrastructure), security and solution architecture; - Professional and methodological support for the staff of the competent centre; - Consultation and training in architectural methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate etc.); - Support for ICT project and agile management; - Providing synergies in planning, designing and approving ICT systems and technological solutions solutions;
• Continuous revision and development of existing methods of architectural practice of the MHMP (incl. EA, cloud and agile architecture, etc.) in connection with the development of the TOGAF framework and in accordance with the requirements of the OHA MVCR;
• Continuous maintenance and development of the central repository and EA model (hereinafter EAR); - Development of ad-hoc required outputs (views); - Updating the model based on inputs from ongoing projects affecting ICT architecture MHMP; - Updating the model based on the ad- hoc requirements of the MHMP staff; - Creating and updating the models of the MČ and MO environment; - Environmental management, user management and training of EAR users;
• Providing synergies in the implementation of projects having an impact on ICT architecture, in particular:
• Digitisation of the Office;
• Modernization of MHMP data and network infrastructure including cloud solutions;
• Development of application, data, technological and security architecture of MHMP;
• Development of ICT security of MHMP.
