Provision of SAP S / 4HANA licences

The subject of the performance of the contract is the provision of SAP licences, subscription and maintenance for the upcoming project of implementation of SAP S / 4HANA. Following the outcome of the preliminary market consultations, the contracting authority has set up a procurement procedure for suppliers to submit a bid containing two solutions: • Hybrid solution - Hybrid operating model SAP environment with a combination of one-over licences and cloud services, part of the solution is SAP BW / BW4HANA operated in the one-over model. ("Hybrid Solutions") • Cloud Solutions - Cloud Operating Model SAP environment by a cloud model based on SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition, part of the solution is SAP BW / BW4HANA operated in the on- premission model. ("Cloud Solution ') The detailed specification of the subject-matter is set out in Annex 3a to the ZD -" Contracts - Hybrid Solutions' ("Hybrid Solutions') and Annex 3b to the ZD -" Contracts - Cloud Solutions' ("Cloud Solutions') (" Hybrid Solutions and Cloud Solutions'). The contracting authority shall also refer to the table for the processing of the offer price for the Hybrid solution, which forms Annex 2 to this ZD (the "Hybrid solution table ') and the table for the bidding price for the Cloud solution, which is Annex 2 to this ZD (the" Cloud solution table') (the table for the Hybrid solution and the Cloud solution table together hereinafter referred to as the "Offering price table '), which shall contain an overview of the products required by the contracting authority.
