The supporting documents proving the fulfilment of those assumed by the completion of the DUAE shall be the certificate of establishment issued by the Trade Register Office or the instrument of incorporation / status or equivalent documents issued in the country of residence. The information contained in the document (s) presented shall conform to the reality and be valid on the date of its submission.

In the case of a joint offer submitted by several economic operators, the requested documents shall be submitted by each economic operator which is part of the association submitting the tender. The documents requested shall be presented in Roman or in the language in which they were issued, together with the authorised translation in Roman.

In view of the estimated value of the acquisition, the regulatory limits attached to this criterion and the particular importance of this acquisition, the contracting authority has decided to require that the annual average of the aggregate global turnover over the last 3 years, respectively 2023,2024 and 2025, be at least 2,665,000, 00lei. (2 times estimated value). The DUAE will be completed in accordance with Article 193 et seq. of Law No 98 / 2016 by bidders and, where applicable, by third parties.

In order to verify the information contained in the DUAE, the contracting authority shall have the right to request, and the tenderer shall be required to submit supporting documents proving the fulfilment of those assumed by completing the DUAE, such as the accounting balance sheet / audit report / any relevant documents, registered with the ANAF.

The documents by which economic operators can meet the requirement for similar experience are the following, not limited to, the listing not cumulative: copies of relevant parts of the contracts they have performed; certificates of delivery-receipt; recommendations; minutes of reception and / or work; certificates of good performance; certificates of record.

The economic operator will have to prove that it has experience in providing similar products, for the last 3 (three) years calculated retroactively from the closing date of the submission of tenders, similar products of a cumulative value of at least 1,000,000,00 at the level of one or at least 2 (two) contracts.In the event of the delay in the deadline for submission of tenders, the reference period will be extended by the corresponding interval.

Proof of implementation of the quality management system according to SR EN ISO 9001 and environmental management according to SR ISO 14001 by presenting valid certificates issued by accredited certification bodies

The tenderer shall submit a declaration on his own responsibility stating that when making the tender he has taken account of binding regulations in the fields of environment, social and labour relations and that they will be complied with by the tenderer during the course of the contract.
