1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń dedykowanych do Systemu TETRA tj. stacja bazowa MTS4 TETRA w ukompletowaniu zgodnym z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia w ramach przedsięwzięcia pod nazwą „Zakup urządzeń dedykowanych do Systemu Radiokomunikacyjnego policji – TETRA – etap 3” realizowanego w oparciu o porozumienie ze Śląskim Urzędem Wojewódzkim w Katowicach a Komendą Wojewódzką Policji w Katowicach; Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby cały asortyment był fabrycznie nowy (tzn. wyprodukowany nie wcześniej niż 12 miesięcy przed dniem dostawy), wolny od wad technicznych i prawnych, dopuszczony do obrotu, gatunku I, nie był powystawowy, nie był wykorzystywany wcześniej przez inny podmiot, spełniał normy jakościowe i użytkowe wskazane przez Zamawiającego. 4. Nie dopuszcza się urządzeń typu refurbished/odnowionych (zwróconych do producenta i później odsprzedawanych ponownie przez producenta). Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany w terminie do 30 dni kalendarzowych od dnia podpisania umowy, jednak nie dłużej niż do 14.12.2026 r. (termin realizacji stanowi drugie kryterium oceny ofert)
