What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the order for Part 1 includes: 1) performance of the basic order including the purchase and delivery of IT equipment - servers and licenses under the ERP system with implementation. The minimum requirements and quantities for infrastructure and licences are described in Annex 2A to the SWZ - Description of the Order Part 1.2. the execution of an optional contract covering the purchase and delivery of a maximum capacity of 256 GB RDIMM DDR5 6400 MT/s in modules with a capacity of 64GB. 2. Contractors under this contract provide for the use of options under the terms set out in the EGM, including Annex 2A to the EGM — Description of the subject matter of the contract for Part 1 and Annex 3A to the EGM — Designed provisions of the contract for Part 1. 3. Term of completion of the order for Part 1: up to 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, except that the delivery of equipment and software should be carried out within 160 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Implementation should start up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the last component necessary for installation and configuration of equipment and licences. 4. The term of implementation of the subject matter of the Agreement referred to in point 3 shall include the completion of all deliveries of the assortment listed in the POZ and the Contractor's offer and its installation and configuration with the provision of post-implementation documentation.

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i wdrożenie infrastruktury serwerowej wspierającej realizację e-usług dla Miejskiego Zakładu Komunalnego Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Stalowej Woli z podziałem na części i z prawem opcji. 2. Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach projektu pn. „Wprowadzenie nowych e-usług dla klientów MZK Sp. z o.o. w Stalowej Woli”, współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Priorytetu nr FEPK.01 „Konkurencyjna i Cyfrowa Gospodarka”, Działanie FEPK.01.02 Cyfryzacja, programu regionalnego Fundusze Europejskie dla Podkarpacia 2021-2027, Numer naboru FEPK.01.02-IZ.00-001/23. 3. Zamawiający dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części. Części określone są jako: 1) Część 1 - Zakup i dostawa serwerów oraz licencji pod system ERP z opcją, 2) Część 2 - Zakup i dostawa sprzętu pod systemy IT z opcją, 3) Część 3 - Zakup i dostawa serwerów pod system Cyberbezpieczeństwa z opcją. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) znajduje się w: 1) Załączniku nr 2A do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla Części 1 oraz Załączniku nr 3A do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy dla Części 1, 2) Załączniku nr 2B do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla Części 2 oraz Załączniku nr 3B do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy dla Części 2, 3) Załączniku nr 2C do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla Części 3 oraz Załączniku nr 3C do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy dla Części 3. 5. Lot 2Zakup i dostawa serwerów oraz licencji pod system ERP z opcją

Przedmiot zamówienia dla Części 2 obejmuje: 1) wykonanie zamówienia podstawowego obejmującego zakup i dostawę sprzętu pod systemy IT- serwery, serwer kopii zapasowej, urządzenie dyskowe kopii zapasowych (deduplikator), biblioteka taśmowa, oprogramowanie do tworzenia kopii – 30 VM, macierz, przełączniki 25G, przełączniki do zarządzania wraz z wdrożeniem. Minimalne wymagania oraz ilości dotyczące infrastruktury oraz licencji opisane zostały w Załączniku nr 2B do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu Zamówienia Część 2. 2) wykonanie zamówienia opcjonalnego obejmującego zakup i dostawę pamięci RAM w maksymalnej wielkości 256 GB RDIMM DDR5 6400 MT/s w modułach o pojemności 64GB. 2. The Contracting Authority shall lay down the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning technical or professional capacity in the area of the Contractor's experience. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the summation (connection) of several orders and display them as a single order in order to fulfil the condition. Pursuant to Article 117(3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall inform that it shall consider the technical or professional capacity in terms of experience to be fulfilled if at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract fulfils the condition in its entirety.
