   1) The subject of the contract is: “Purchase, supply and assembly of equipment for the purpose of carrying out civil protection tasks - edition II ” Part 1: Creating and maintaining, in the area of the municipality, civil protection resources necessary to carry out civil protection and civil protection tasks” LP. Product range Quantity 1 Mobile digital radio 60 2 Mobile radio station /baseline 20 3 Exhaust saw 1 REQUIREMENTS FOR STATE AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLY (parts 1 and 2): • The equipment offered must be brand-new, complete, free from physical and legal defects as well as unused, non-exposure or returns. • Equipment must have up-to-date certificates, certificates or declarations of conformity required by law and applicable standards. • The Contractor is obliged to deliver equipment to the premises of the Contracting Authority or to any other place indicated by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the Municipality of Radłów. • Delivery, unloading, insurance in transport and possible installation (if applicable) are on the Contractor's side. • The equipment should be supplied in the original pre-locked packaging of the manufacturer, providing adequate protection during transport and storage.

   1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Zakup, dostawa i montaż wyposażenia na potrzeby realizacji zadań ochrony cywilnej - edycja II ” Część 2: Tworzenie i utrzymywanie, na obszarze gminy zasobów ochrony ludności oraz infrastruktury niezbędnej do realizacji zadań ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej” LP. Asortyment Ilość 1 Quad wraz z wyposażeniem 1 2 Przyczepka transportowa do quada 1 3 Przyczepka ratunkowa do quada 1 WYMAGANIA DOTYCZĄCE STANU I DOSTAWY SPRZĘTU (dotyczy cz. 1 i 2): • Oferowany sprzęt musi być fabrycznie nowy, pełnowartościowy, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych, a także nieużywany, niepochodzący z ekspozycji ani ze zwrotów. • Sprzęt musi posiadać aktualne certyfikaty, atesty lub deklaracje zgodności wymagane przepisami prawa oraz obowiązującymi normami. • Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia sprzętu do siedziby Zamawiającego lub w inne miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego na terenie Gminy Radłów. • Dostawa, rozładunek, ubezpieczenie w transporcie oraz ewentualny montaż (jeśli dotyczy) leżą po stronie Wykonawcy. • Sprzęt powinien być dostarczony w oryginalnych, fabrycznie zamkniętych opakowaniach producenta, zapewniających odpowiednią ochronę podczas transportu i przechowywania.
