What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (al. John Paul II 70, 00-175 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” ATiK Services for Software listed in Annex 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter: ppu) which constitute Annex 7 to the specifications of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ), in accordance with the general principles of the Manufacturer and ppu. 2. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to use the ATiK Service on the basis of the Agreement for 36 months from the date of signature of the Protocol to Start the Supply of the ATiK Service referred to in § 4(2) ppu (not earlier than 1 February 2027 – the day following the expiry date of the Contracting Authority’s support for the Software) until 31 January 2030. 3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the performance of the subject-matter of the contract be carried out on the terms and conditions laid down in ppu together with the Annexes annexed to the WWZ.

1. Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in proceedings in the scope of: 1.1. Technical or professional capacity may apply for this contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor fulfils the condition of participation in the indicated scope if the Contractor demonstrates that: 1.1.1. has carried out within the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, and in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he also performs at least 2 (two) services consisting in providing access to the support service to the database and/or application software, each provided for a minimum period of 12 months, each with a value of at least PLN 15 000 000,00 gross (in words: PLN 15 million 00/100).
