Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup usługi transmisji danych w technologii sieci pakietowej LTE/LTE+/5G za pośrednictwem dedykowanego punktu dostępowego tzw. prywatnego APN dla kart SIM bez roamingu i kart SIM z włączonym roamingiem w Unii Europejskiej. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr dwa A do SWZ.

Owning an entry in the register of telecommunications entrepreneurs conducted by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Act of 12 July 2024. Law of electronic communication (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1221).
Implementation within a period of three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, then during that period: at least one contract, which consisted of the sale of a data transmission service in the LTE / LTE + / 5G package network technology through a dedicated access point called private APN for a minimum of 2000 SIM cards, for at least 36 months, under one contract.
