1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of expert technical and substantive support services for the preparation of tender documentation for: 1) Purchase of the service and launch of the Provincial Data Services Centre (WCUT) in the cloud model of computing; 2) Purchase of the support service of the Provincial Data Services Centre (WCUT); as part of the project "Digital Solutions for the Mazowieckie Administration". The Contractor will carry out the work specified by the Contracting Authority in detail in the Contracts, within four areas: 1) carrying out an analysis of the Customer's needs and drawing up a Document on the Customer's needs; 2) developing a draft Description of the Procurement Subject matter (OPP); 3) drafting a draft Agreement; 4) developing a draft requirements for the Specification of Procurement Conditions (SWZ); 5) developing a draft Analysis of Needs and Requirements.
