What the buyer wants

This contract relates to information and communication technologies and covers the acquisition of software licences, maintenance, support, training, technical assistance, parameterization and development services applicable to all sites. As such, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG-ICT. The use of this market is justified by the need to ensure the continuity of operation of the SIAAP GOL and AUTODESK tools and their evolution according to the needs of operational directorates and investment projects.

Indeed, in the face of technological developments, SIAAP wishes to rely on this contractual support to support its design and construction projects, as well as to ensure an optimized management of its heritage. In order to benefit from the best economic conditions, it is recommended that this framework agreement be renewed every 36 months. This is a D4 framework agreement with single-attribute purchase orders, without minimum and with an annual maximum of €900,000.00 HT, awarded in open tender procedure.

The Autodesk publisher markets its licences through a network of licensed resellers. The purpose of this Framework Agreement is therefore to enable the acquisition of such licences and associated services from a holder with the required authorisations. The framework agreement is not applicable because the services are uniform and highly interdependent in nature, the execution of which by a single holder is such as to ensure technical coherence and the proper performance of the services
