1. performance in the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter then a minimum of 2 (two) services consisting in the provision of administrative support. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, The Contracting Authority shall consider the knowledge and experience condition to be satisfied if one of the Contractors demonstrates the required experience.

2) Have at least 10 Experts who together have the following valid certifications: a) Minimum 1 Expert in Databases with Certificates: "Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional" and "Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional", b) Minimum 1 Expert in Databases with Certificates: "Oracle Database 12c Maximum Availability Expert Certification" and "Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional" and "Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional", and "Oracle Database Professional", and "Oracle Database 11g Certified Professional", and "Oracle Database 11g Certified Expert Expert"; c) Minimum 1 Expert in Databases with "Oracle Databases with Certificates" and "Oracle Database 11g Controllers with Data Controllers" „Oracle Professional" „Oracle Database 11g Professional" „Oracle Database 11g Module 11g Certified Expert"; e) (j) minimum 1 Network Infrastructure Expert certified ‘CCNA Routing & Switching, (k) minimum 1 Expert certified by CCIE Data Center, (l) minimum 1 Expert certified by CCIE Security
