Purchase of migration of the Department Economics Assistance System (SWEZ) to the new version and support and consultation services for the migration process

The economic operator will comply with the condition if it demonstrates that during the last 3 (three) financial years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, it has achieved an average annual net revenue from the sale of products, goods, services and materials from its business of not less than PLN 25 000 000,00 (in words: PLN twenty-five million). The Contracting Authority explains that the average net revenue is related to revenue over a period of 12 months, so that when the Contractor submits a report or part of it for a financial period other than 12 months, as referred to above, before calculating the average, the Contracting Authority will be converted proportionately for the 12-month period. Note: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, the above condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if at least one Contractor confirms in full that the condition of participation is met. Where the Contractor relies on the economic situation of the entities making the resources available, the above condition must be fulfilled in full by at least one of those entities. To confirm the fulfilment of the condition of participation in the proceedings referred to above, the Contractor shall submit a financial report or a part thereof where the report is required by the provisions of the country in which the Contractor is established and if it is audited by the audit firm in accordance with the accounting rules, also with the audit report, respectively, and in the case of Contractors not obliged to draw up the financial statements, other documents, specifying, in particular, revenue and assets and liabilities, for a period not exceeding the last 3 trading years and if the period of business is shorter for that period.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates that within the last 10 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has duly completed at least two contracts for the execution of the service: migration or construction or extension involving the implementation of an integrated IT system of the ERP SAP S/4HANA class using cloud technology. Each of the above orders should include at least the following elements: carrying out process analyses for their implementation, developing: implementation documentation describing the way the production system is started, user documentation, development of software, software tests, software reception, user training, for at least the following areas of substantive operation of the system: (a) Accounting and Finance, (b) Strategic management of the organisation in the area of Finance, (c) Human resource management, (d) Material management, (e) Management of permanent assets, (f) Controlng, (g) Purchasing management, h) Contract management, (i) Reporting (data exchange); with: 1st value of each of these contracts was at least PLN 5 000 000,00 net (without VAT) (say: five million PLN 00/100); 2nd each of the above contracts was linked to a system used by a minimum of 1000 users, i.e. active name accounts; 3. it is permissible to replace each of the two contracts referred to above, two smaller orders, subject to the condition that: 1) the value to be summated of the smaller orders will total at least PLN 5 000 000,00 net (without VAT) (say: five million PLN 00/100), with the Ordering Party not allowing the aggregation of more than two smaller orders, 2) each of the summated smaller orders included migration or construction services, or expansions involving the implementation of an integrated IT system of the SAP S/4HANA class using cloud technology; 3) the smaller orders combined are to cover all the substantive areas indicated in subparagraphs (a) to (i); 4) each of the summated smaller orders meets the requirements of point 2 to 1000 users. 4. in the case of contracts/contracts which also included the provision of other services, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to demonstrate that the value required in the above condition and the scope of the contract fulfilled corresponds to the amount specified in the description of the condition (the value of the services, the supply going beyond the description of the condition cannot be taken into account in the value required to meet the condition). Note 1: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the above-mentioned award, the condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if one or two Contractors together confirm in full that the condition of participation in question is met, provided that the projects shown cannot be repeated. Where the Contractor relies on the technical or professional capacity of the entities making the resources available, the above condition may be met together by the Contractor and a maximum of one entity making the resources available. Where Contractors applying jointly for a contract rely on the technical or professional capacity of entities providing the above-mentioned resources, the condition may be met together by one of the Contractors acting jointly and a maximum of one entity providing the resources. Note 2: If the Contractor uses the experience acquired on the basis of the services provided in the consortium, then the Contractor may rely on the provision of such service if, in fact and specifically, he participated in its implementation, i.e. he has provided the services described in the condition. The same requirement applies to the experience of a third party.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates that he has or will have a dedicated team (i.e. dedicated to the performance of the contract), consisting of at least 31 (31) persons with the relevant qualifications and experience indicated in the following points. These persons should have the experience and qualifications relevant to the functions to be entrusted to them, i.e.: 1. a minimum of 1 (one) person dedicated to the functions of the Contract Manager, who: (a) has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participating in the implementation of IT projects, (b) has at least 3 years of professional experience in the performance of the functions of the Contract Manager or Deputy Head of the Agreement/Project, during the last 8 (eight) years before the day of the submission of tenders, in the project/information projects consisting in the provision of migration or construction services or in the extension of the implementation of the substantive areas of the SAP S/4HANA environment (under the concept of one project we understand one contract), (c) has participated as Head of the Contract/Project (within the last 8 (eight) years before the day of the submission of tenders) in 2 (two) completed implementation or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system (under the concept of one project we understand one agreement) for the minimum of 5 (five) of the substantive areas in point 4.1.1(s) of point 4.1.1. Workstationer or PMI or IPMA Level C, confirmed by this document or other equivalent which confirms at least such skills as the mentioned document, issued by an entity independent of the Contractor (as another document referred to in the above sentence is not permitted to provide a self-declaration to the Contractor or associated entity within the meaning of Article 108(1)(5) of the Pzp Act); 2. minimum 1 (one) person dedicated to performing the SWEZ3 architecture in terms of developing the architecture for the entire SWEZ3 solution, which has: a) minimum 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of the IT projects related to the implementation or migration to the SAP S/4HANA document, including a 3-year experience in implementation of projects using cloud technology, b) experience in the role of the Architect, confirmed by (in the last 8 (eight) years of the enterprise (eight) in the day before the implementation of the SAP (three) of the various implementation or migration projects into the SAP S/4HANA system (under one project understands one contract), with at least two (one) of the last 8 (eight) of the environment, and the environment (one) for the implementation of the environment (one.

1 point 5 of the Pzp Act, (f) the skills necessary to obtain the certificate of the TOGAF Foundation or the CEA (Certified Enterprise Architect) or other equivalent, confirmed by that document or other equivalent, which confirms at least the skills mentioned, issued by an entity independent of the Contractor (as another document referred to in the above sentence, the self-declaration of the Contractor or the related entity within the meaning of Article 108(1)(5) of the Pzp Act is not permitted). NOTE: If the Contractor does not have one person dedicated to the role of Architect SWEZ3, who fulfils the condition of participation in the procedure referred to above, The Contracting Authority shall permit the demonstration of compliance by a maximum of two persons dedicated to the role of Architect SWEZ3, which together shall fulfil the scope described in subparagraph (b) above and at the same time shall have the experience and skills indicated in points (a), (c), (d), (e) and (f) above;

3. a minimum of 1 (one) person to act as Data Architect, who possesses: a) a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in the implementation of IT projects related to the implementation of or migration to SAP S/4HANA solutions, including 3 years of experience in the implementation of the aforementioned projects using cloud technology, b) experience in at least 3 (three) different projects concerning the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4HANA system (one project is understood as one contract) within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline, where each of the above projects included:

• designing relational structures for the entire ERP environment, optimizing SQL queries, managing datasets in cloud ERP systems within the scope of system operation in at least the following areas: Accounting and Finance, Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Finance, Materials Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Reporting for the aforementioned areas,

• building data flows, visualization, reporting, and data storage in SAP HANA databases, optimizing for performance and compliance with the contracting authority's requirements, and integrating data between the cloud ERP environment and other IT systems,

• quality control of the implemented/migrated ERP environment, at least in the area of optimal data flow between system areas and, in the case of data migration, data correctness,

• implementing best practices recommended by the Software Manufacturer and tools for data migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system implemented in cloud technology, c) skills necessary to obtain a certificate confirming knowledge and competence in designing SAP HANA database structures, confirmed by an appropriate certificate issued by an entity independent of the Contractor or another equivalent document (a self-declaration of the Contractor or an affiliated entity within the meaning of Art. 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act shall not be accepted as another document referred to in the sentence above);

4. a minimum of 3 (three) persons to act as SWEZ3 Developer, who possess: a) a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in the implementation of IT projects related to the implementation of or migration to SAP S/4HANA solutions, b) experience in the Developer role confirmed by participation in at least 3 (three) implementation or migration projects to the SAP S/4HANA system (one project is understood as one contract), within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline, where each of the above projects included:

• implementation of or migration to ERP class systems using cloud technology for all substantive areas listed in item 4.1.1.4.1.1. letters a) – i) of the ToR (SWZ);

• development work, introducing client enhancements, and implementing integration with other IT systems, taking into account optimal use of system subscriptions and applying best practices in this regard, c) skills necessary to obtain knowledge and competence in programming in SAP S/4HANA solutions using cloud technology, confirmed by an appropriate certificate issued by an entity independent of the Contractor or another equivalent document (a self-declaration of the Contractor or an affiliated entity within the meaning of Art. 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act shall not be accepted as another document referred to in the sentence above). NOTE: If the Contractor does not have three persons dedicated to the role of SWEZ3 Developer who individually meet the condition for participation in the procedure referred to above, the Contracting Authority allows demonstrating compliance with the condition by up to three persons dedicated to the role of SWEZ3 Developer who jointly meet the scope described in letter b) above and at the same time individually possess the experience and skills specified in letter a) and letter c) above;

• Financial Accounting of the Institution,

• Financial Accounting of Funds,

• Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Institution Finances,

• Investment Requests,

• Purchasing Management,

• Cash/Liquidity Management,

• Materials Management,

• Maintenance Management,

• Fixed Asset Management,

• Sales - Invoicing,

• Real Estate Management,

• Contract Management,

• Fleet Management,

• Human Resources Management – Personnel Administration, including business travel,

• Human Resources Management – Payroll, including Personnel Cost Planning and Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS),

• Controlling,

• Reporting,

• Integration,

• System Administration, who possess: a) at least 5 years of professional experience as an Expert/Consultant in implementation or migration to the SAP S/4HANA system, confirmed by participation in at least 3 (three) implementation or migration projects (one project is understood as one contract), within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline, in the specified migration area to which the Expert/Consultant has been assigned. In the scope of the Human Resources Management Experts/Consultants, each of the above [at least 3 (three)] projects must have been carried out for a client employing over 1,000 employees. In the scope of the Expert/Consultant for the Financial Accounting of Funds area, the experience referred to above in the area of Financial Accounting is required; b) for the following areas:

• Financial Accounting of the Institution,

• Financial Accounting of Funds,

• Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Institution Finances,

• Investment Requests,

• Materials Management,

• Fixed Asset Management,

• Human Resources Management – Personnel Administration, including business travel,

• Human Resources Management – Payroll, including Personnel Cost Planning and ZFŚS,

• Controlling,

• System Administration, the skills required to obtain a certificate confirming knowledge and competence in the migration area (modular functionality of the system) to which the Expert/Consultant has been assigned in the project, confirmed by this document or another equivalent document issued by an entity independent of the Contractor (a self-declaration of the Contractor or an affiliated entity within the meaning of Art. 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act shall not be accepted as another document referred to in the sentence above);

7. a minimum of 1 (one) person to act as SWEZ3 Test Coordinator, who possesses: a) a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in the execution of IT projects, b) experience in performing tasks designated for a Test Coordinator, confirmed by participation in at least 3 (three) implementation or migration projects to the SAP S/4HANA system (one project is understood as one contract) within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline, where each of the above projects included:

• developing test schedules,

• determining necessary resources for test execution,

• coordinating the test process,

• monitoring and reporting test results;

3. in the absence of a daily date and only information on the month, The Contracting Authority shall adopt the last day of the month (for the start of the project) and the first day of the month (for the completion of the project); 4) if only information on the year of commencement or completion of the project is provided, The Contracting Authority will adopt on 31 December of the year in question (for the start of the project) and on 1 January of the year in question (for the completion of the project) - if it is the same year, the Contracting Authority will not recognise the experience for this IT project. Note: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the above condition, if the total number of members of the dedicated team with the qualifications and experience of the consortiums together confirms the requirements of the above condition. Where the Contractor relies on the technical or professional capacity of the entities making the resources available, the above condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if the total number of members of the team dedicated to the SGM of the qualifications and experience available to the Contractor and the entities making the resources available confirms the requirements resulting from the above condition of participation. To confirm the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure referred to above, the Contractor shall submit: a list of persons addressed by the Contractor for the performance of the public contract in accordance with the scope set out in the model, which is Annex 11A to the SWZ, to confirm compliance with the condition in the scope of the Contract/Project Manager, Architect SWEZ3, Data Architect, Developers SWEZ3, Expert/Consultant leading the group of system migration areas (financial area group, HR area group, logistics area group, property management area group), Expert/Consultant of the system migration area (Financial Accountancy of the Plant, Financial Accounting of Funds, Strategic Management of the Organization in the area of Finance of the Plant, Investment Applications, Material Management, Management of permanent assets, Property management, Human resources management – staff, including missions, Human resources management – wages, including Cost Planning and ZFŚS, Controlling, Reporting, System Administration) and Annex 11B to the SWI – to confirm the condition of participation in the process in the area of migration (in the area of migration: Purchase management, Financial liquidity management, Repair management, Sales - Invoicing, Contract management, Fleet management, Integration), SWEZ3 Test Coordinator, Security Specialist.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if he demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and if the period of business is shorter, he has duly carried out at least: 1. two contracts involving the provision of advisory services in terms of: migration or construction or expansion including the implementation of an integrated IT system of the ERP SAP S/4HANA class using cloud technology, each covering at least the following elements: the analysis of needs and/or the supervision of projects/implementation/and including/and control, monitoring the correctness of the implementation of the work, advice on the optimization of implementation solutions and assessment of the readiness to produce the system for at least the following substantive areas of operation of the system: (a) Accounting and Finance, (b) Strategic management of the organisation in the area of Finance, (c) Human resources management, (d) Material Economy, (e) (f) Purchasing management and contract management, (g) Controlling, (h) Reporting (data exchange); with: 1) the value of each of these contracts in the advisory services was at least PLN 2 000 000,00 net (VAT-free) (in words: two million PLN 00/100); 2) each of the above orders was related to a system used by a minimum of 1000 users, i.e. active accounts; 3) it is allowed to replace each of the two contracts referred to in point 1. two smaller contracts, with the exception that: (a) the value of the summing up of the smaller orders will total at least PLN 2 000 000,00 net (not including VAT) (in words: two million PLN 00/100) and the Contracting Party will not allow to sum up more than two smaller orders, (b) each of the smallest contracts, (b) each of the following maintenance of the system will be included in the required: migration or construction or extension of the technical documentation of the ERP SAP S/4HA class using cloud technology; and (c) the summing of the smaller orders will cover all the areas indicated in point (1) (a) (h) and (h) each of the Management of fixed assets, (f) Management of purchases and management of contracts, (g) Controlling, (h) Reporting (data exchange); with: 1) the value of each of these contracts in the field of migration or construction or expansion services was at least PLN 5 000 000,00 net (excluding VAT) (in words: PLN 5 million 00/100); 2) each of the above contracts was linked to a system used by a minimum of 1000 users, i.e. active name accounts; 3) each of the two contracts referred to in point 2 may be replaced.

two smaller contracts, with the exception that: (a) the value to be aggregated of the smaller contracts will total at least PLN 5 000 000,00 net (excluding VAT) (in words: PLN five million 00/100), whereby the Contracting Authority shall not allow for the aggregation of more than two smaller contracts, (b) each of the totaled smaller contracts included migration or construction services, or an extension covering the implementation of an integrated IT system of the ERP SAP S/4HANA class using cloud technology, (c) the aggregated smaller contracts together are to cover all the substantive areas indicated in point 2(a) to (h), (d) each of the aggregated contracts meets the requirements of point 2 for 1000 users; (4) in the case of contracts/contracts which also included the provision of other services, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to demonstrate that the value required in the above condition and the completed scope of the contract corresponds to the amount specified in the condition (the value of the service, exceeding the description of the condition cannot be taken into the value required to meet the condition); or (3). One order described in point 1 and one contract described in point 2.

Note 1: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the above-mentioned award, the condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if one or two Contractors together confirm in full that the condition of participation is met, provided that the projects shown cannot be repeated. Where the Contractor relies on the technical or professional capacity of the entities making the resources available, the above condition may be met together by the Contractor and a maximum of one entity making the resources available. Where Contractors applying jointly for contracts rely on the technical or professional capacity of entities providing the above-mentioned resources, the condition may be met together by one of the Contractors acting jointly and a maximum of one entity providing the resources. Note 2: If the Contractor uses the experience acquired on the basis of the services provided under the consortium, then the Contractor may rely on the provision of such a service if, in fact and specifically, he participated in its implementation, i.e. he has provided the services described in the condition. The same requirement applies to the experience of a third party. Note 3: Contractors jointly applying for a contract shall attach a declaration to the tender, indicating which elements of the contract will be performed by each Contractor (as set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ). To confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure referred to above, the Contractor shall submit: a list of services performed during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and, if the period of business is shorter, during that period, including the subject matter, the values, the dates of performance and the entities for which the services have been carried out, drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 12 to the SWZ and the addition of evidence indicating whether those services have been duly completed. Proof that the services have been duly performed is, inter alia,: − references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services have been performed, − the Contractor's statement - if the Contractor is unable to obtain these documents for reasons beyond his control.

The Contractor will meet the condition if it demonstrates that it has or will have at its disposal a dedicated team (i.e. intended for the performance of the contract), consisting of at least 19 persons with appropriate qualifications and experience specified in the points below and in respect of whom there is no conflict of interest. These persons should possess experience and qualifications appropriate to the roles to be assigned to them, i.e.:

1. a minimum of 1 person dedicated to the role of Contract/Project Manager, who: a) has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in the delivery of IT projects, b) has at least 3 years of professional experience in performing the role of Contract/Project Manager or Deputy Contract/Project Manager, within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline, in an IT project/projects involving the provision of advisory services in the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation/migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system (one project is understood as one contract), c) participated as Contract/Project Manager (within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline) in 2 (two) completed projects related to the provision of advisory services in the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation/migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system (one project is understood as one contract) for a minimum of 5 (five) substantive areas, i.e.:

• Accounting and Finance,

• Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Finance,

• Human Resources Management,

• Materials Management,

• Fixed Asset Management,

• Purchasing Management and Contract Management,

• Controlling,

• Reporting (data warehouse), implemented or migrated within a single project, d) possesses the skills necessary to obtain the PRINCE2™ Practitioner or PMI or IPMA Level C certificate, confirmed by this document or another equivalent document confirming at least the same skills as the specified document, issued by an entity independent of the Contractor (a self-declaration of the Contractor or an affiliated entity within the meaning of Art. 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act shall not be accepted as another document referred to in the sentence above).

2. a minimum of 1 (one) person dedicated to the role of SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, who possesses: a) a minimum of 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in the delivery of IT projects related to the provision of advisory services in the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation/migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation of the aforementioned projects using cloud technology, b) experience in the role of Architect, confirmed by participation (within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the tender submission deadline) in at least 3 (three) different implementation or migration projects to the SAP S/4 HANA system (one project is understood as one contract), provided that: at least 2 (two) of the three projects described above (in this sub-item) concerned advisory services in the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation or migration services for all substantive areas, i.e.:

• Accounting and Finance,

• Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Finance,

• Human Resources Management,

• Materials Management,

• Fixed Asset Management,

• Purchasing Management and Contract Management,

• Controlling,

3. at least 1 (one) person to act as Data Architect, who has: a) at least 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in IT projects involving the provision of consulting services in the scope of implementation or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation or migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system, including at least 3 years of experience in executing the aforementioned projects using cloud technology, b) experience in at least 3 (three) different projects involving the provision of consulting services in the scope of implementation or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation or migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system (by one project we understand one contract) within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, where each of the above projects included: • designing relational structures for the entire ERP environment, optimizing SQL queries, managing datasets in cloud ERP systems within the scope of system operation at least in the areas of: Accounting and Finance, Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Finance, Material Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Reporting for the aforementioned areas, • building the flow, visualization, reporting, and storage of data in SAP HANA databases, optimizing for performance and compliance with the Contracting Authority's requirements, and data integration between the cloud ERP environment and other IT systems, • quality control of the implemented/migrated ERP environment at least in the area of optimal data flow between system areas and, in the case of migrated data, their correctness, • implementation of best practices recommended by the Software Manufacturer and tools for data migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system implemented in cloud technology, c) skills necessary to obtain a certificate confirming knowledge and competence in the field of SAP HANA database structure design, confirmed by an appropriate certificate issued by an entity independent of the Contractor or another equivalent document (the Contractor's own statement or a statement of an affiliated entity within the meaning of Article 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act shall not be accepted as another document referred to in the preceding sentence). 4. at least 1 (one) person to act as Technical Quality Expert, who has: a) at least 5 years of professional experience understood as participation in IT projects involving the provision of consulting services in the scope of implementation or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation or migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system, b) experience in the role of Technical Quality Expert confirmed by participation in at least 3 (three) projects involving the provision of consulting services in the scope of implementation or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system or implementation or migration services to the SAP S/4 HANA system (by one project we understand one contract), within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, where each of the above implementation projects included: • implementation or migration to ERP-class systems using cloud technology across all substantive areas, i.e.: - Accounting and Finance, - Strategic Management of the Organization in the Area of Finance, - Human Resource Management, - Material Management, - Fixed Asset Management, - Procurement Management and Contract Management, - Controlling, - Reporting (data warehouse), • development work, introducing client extensions, and implementing integrations with other IT systems, taking into account optimal use of the system subscription and applying best practices in this area, c) skills necessary to obtain knowledge and competence in programming in SAP S/4 HANA solutions using cloud technology, confirmed by an appropriate certificate issued by an entity independent of the Contractor or another equivalent document (the Contractor's own statement or a statement of …

5. a minimum of 13 (thirteen) individuals to perform the role of System Migration Area Expert/Consultant, i.e., at least 1 (one) individual for each area of migration to SWEZ3, i.e.: • Financial Accounting of the Institution and Financial Accounting of Funds, • Strategic management of the organization in the area of the Institution's finances, • Investment applications, • Procurement management and Contract management, • Financial liquidity management, • Materials management, • Fixed asset management, • Sales - invoicing, • Real estate management, • Fleet management and Maintenance management, • Human resources management – personnel (including business travel) and Human resources management – payroll (including personal cost planning and ZFŚS - the Company Social Benefits Fund), • Controlling, • System administration, who possess: a) at least 5 years of professional experience as an Expert/Consultant in the provision of advisory services regarding the implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system, or services of implementation of or migration to the SAP S/4 HANA system, confirmed by participation in at least 3 (three) projects (one project is understood as one contract), within the last 8 (eight) years prior to the bid submission date, in the indicated migration area to which the Expert/Consultant has been assigned. Note: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the above condition, if the total number of members of the dedicated team with the qualifications and experience of the consortiums together confirms the requirements of the above condition. Where the Contractor relies on the technical or professional capacity of the entities providing the resources, the above-mentioned SWI condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if the total number of members of the dedicated team with the qualifications and experience of the Contractor and the entities providing the resources confirms the requirements resulting from the above-mentioned condition of participation.
