What the buyer wants
The object of the contract is to provide comprehensive services in the scope of providing human resources from the IT industry by making available to the Contracting Authority specialists (consultants), meeting the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The contractor will provide IT services by consultants to and under the supervision of the Contracting Authority.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowych usług z zakresu zapewnienia zasobów ludzkich z branży IT poprzez udostępnienie Zamawiającemu specjalistów (konsultantów), spełniających wymagania Zamawiającego. Wykonawca zapewni świadczenie usług z zakresu IT przez konsultantów na rzecz i pod nadzorem Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy ramowej (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ) oraz Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy wykonawczej (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).

The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor, during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, perform, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits, at least 2 human resources services in the IT industry, each of which included at least two of the following specialities: — Senior programmer Java, — Senior Front-End programmer, — Architect/Engineer/Security Consultant, — DevOps, — Senior Business Analyst, — Product/Project Manager, and the value of each service is at least PLN 8 000 000.00 (eight million PLN 00/100) gross;
The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contracting Authority, within the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, perform, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits, at least 2 human resources provision services in the IT industry, in which it provided not less than 15 consultants (in each individual) in order to provide IT services.
The Contracting Authority shall require the Contracting Authority to comply with the requirements of information safety and continuity management standards and to provide conformity assessment certificates issued by the Conformity Assessment Body that the Contracting Authority has implemented systems complying with: (a) PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Safety Management), (b) PN-EN ISO 22301 (Actuality Management).
